About On The Go Plumbing

I started On The Go Plumbing 12 years ago because I genuinely wanted to offer a better service and raise the bar in plumbing. My team are also driven to be their best, and to provide all clients, with outstanding service and value for money.

Mark On The Go Plumbing Sydney

I’m Mark and I’ve been plumbing for around 25yrs in Sydney and I started the business 11 years ago as a single plumber. We’ve grown to six and we service the entire Sydney-wide area.

My favourite part of the job is behind the scenes creating systems and procedures designed to make everyone's job easier and more efficient. When I am on the tools, I enjoy the first stage of a bathroom renovation, which is installing pipework in the walls… because it’s cleared and easy to access!

If I’m not at work, I’m spending time with my wife and three kids, hanging at the beach or making the most of the outdoors. My long term future goal is finally locked in.. a 1,000 + km trail bike ride from Cairns to Cape York 🙂

We want to stand out from the “cowboy crowd”.

There are many cowboys out there… and it’s our mission to swim against the tide when it comes to this poor reputation. We’re trained up and we do a good job. But mostly, it’s all about respect. In fact, you can ask any of our plumbing clients for a review, and unanimously you’ll be told of our outstanding service. As well as doing the job right the first time, we use reliable parts, turn up on time …we respectfully leave our work sites clean and tidy. You won’t even notice we’ve been there.

Complete plumbing and gasfitting services

We offer the full spectrum of plumbing services from blocked drains, CCTV inspections, drain relining (underground drain repairs) hot water systems, emergency plumbing, leaking taps, toilet repairs, gasfitting and waterproofing. Whether it’s for your home, business or a rental property, our flat rate prices are always given upfront, before any work is started…so there’s no nasty surprises in the final bill.

Qualified & Experienced Plumbers

I’ve been a qualified plumber for 25 years now and, for me, ensuring my clients keep coming back means quality service, the right qualifications, a courteous company culture, picking the right staff, and on-going training.

We are working during the COVID-19 Pandemic adhering to strict State and Govt. guidelines to keep our staff and our clients safe. If you need a plumbing service get in touch to get a competitive quote.

“My team and I look forward to speaking to you soon!”

The Team

Operations Manager

I've been plumbing since finishing my HSC in 1985. Although not always plumbing, I’ve had
a dabble at an Internet start-up company, Waterproofing and concrete repair project
management, Solar Sales and Installation, even truck driving for a couple of years whilst I
was starting up my first plumbing business to make ends meet. I eventually ran my own
business and employed 10 staff for 8 years before I decided to take a step backwards and
enjoy a slower pace of life with my wife and 4 children.
I love working at OTG, we have a very progressive company with great employees and a
chilled work environment. The best part of my job is getting compliments from our customers
about our staff. I LOVE AN EMERGENCY, resolving problems is very rewarding.
On any afternoon you would probably find me walking around the beaches and tracks
around Bundeena. If not walking, I’m swimming, fishing or possibly sinking a coldy watching
the sun go down. Weekends is footy time. Over the next 12 months in these crazy times, I
hope to grow our business and solidify our customer base to one big happy family. I want
our customers to know we have their back.

Plumbing Technician

I’ve been a plumber for 8 years. I enjoy working with our team of plumbers, we have such a
great crew. I also enjoy the problem-solving aspect of our job. It’s just really satisfying seeing
customers happy.

I love being active, being with my little family and this great country ours. If I get the chance,
I’d love to take my family to WA this year to see my brother achieve.

Plumbing Apprentice

I’ve been working in my field for about 3 months, as I just started my career as an
Apprentice Plumber.

My favourite part of the job would be clearing blockages. It’s satisfying!

If I am not at work, you would find me at the beach somewhere or surfing. Future wise I
want to finish my apprenticeship and work towards making myself a better, and a more
knowledgeable plumber.

Plumbing Technician

I've been plumbing for 4 years. I enjoy completing the job at hand, and then leaving knowing that the customer is happy, and satisfied with the service that I've provided.

If I’m not working, I’m usually at home studying plumbing AS/3500. Once I finish studying my future goal… is to set some bigger goals.

Office Manager

I have a background in Events & Marketing and I’ve been working with OTG for almost a year. I love the marketing side of my role, seeing the results becomes more rewarding when I actually get to speak to new clients, the see them go through the customer journey. Our clients are great, we’re a very reactive industry and people usually only call with a problem. It’s nice to be a part of the solution and hear their appreciation.

When I’m not working, I’m either running after my 1 year old daughter ‘Gigi’, or I’m enjoying a coffee in Cronulla watching my husband run after her! In the future, we’d like to buy an investment property, ideally by the end of the year.

Plumbing Apprentice

'I enjoy the daily challenges we come across, there is always something different happening each day which is what keeps this job interesting.
I enjoy helping the customers and making sure their problem is no longer a problem.
When I'm not at work, I'm training in the gym and if I get a chance to get away, I enjoy riding and being outdoors"
